CARE, ONE MATERIAL AT A TIME

Not every liner takes the same heat.

Heat-moldable ski liners and delicate materials can need a different care routine. Follow the boot and liner manufacturer’s instructions; do not assume every placement shown is suitable for every material.

PACK FOR THE NEXT TRIP

Keep your kit together.

Switch off, unplug and allow the unit to cool before packing. Check the electrical rating for your destination: a plug adapter does not convert voltage.

Care & safety

How do the four editions differ?

Grey and Rose are single-unit editions with different finishes. Sport Kit and Ski Kit include different attachments. Review the packing list for your selected edition; footwear and scene props are not included.

Which voltage should I choose?

Match the voltage and frequency printed on your unit to your local power supply. Ultra is plug-in, not rechargeable. A travel plug adapter does not convert voltage. Contact SOTHING if you need help checking the rating before ordering.

Can I use it with heat-moldable ski liners?

Only if the liner manufacturer permits the intended heated drying conditions. A low setting does not override a no-heat warning. Intuition advises against heated boot dryers; follow the liner manufacturer’s guidance for the exact model.

What are the heat and timer options?

The Ultra family documentation shows three heat modes and a 1–9 hour timer. US reference endpoints are approximately 113°F and 149°F. Older source artwork differs on the middle value; follow the supplied instructions for the actual edition and batch.

Images illustrating airflow or warmth are explanatory source artwork, not measured results or a guarantee of drying time.

What should I know about the ozone mode?

Ozone is a separate mode. Use it only as directed in the supplied instructions and follow exposure and ventilation precautions. Avoid breathing ozone and keep people and pets away from the treatment area. Do not treat advertising imagery as a medical or sterilization claim.

Where can I check specifications and get help?

Download the user manual or contact SOTHING with the edition and model number shown on your unit. Use the rating label and instructions supplied with your exact product.
